02 Before submitting their papers, contributors must carefully read and adhere to all instructions and rules. The deadline for papers and articles must be met.

03 Authors are urged to undertake their own checks and verifications of plagiarism due to unavoidable circumstances.

04 Only reports of plagiarism verified with the genuine software tools will be considered.

05 When submitting a work, authors are required to supply the original, scanned report of the plagiarism detection.
