01 Manuscript Instructions

Please email any correspondence to us online, along with a Word attachment of your manuscript. Articles shouldn't be sent in PDF format. Manuscripts should be created with Times New Roman, size 12, no spacing, and the following page layout settings: margins (normal), size (A4), and aligned left. Sequential page numbers should be used throughout. The language used in manuscripts should be appropriate for science, and standard international units should be utilised. Writers are asked to specify the type of article they intend to publish, such as an original research piece, a short communication, a review article, a case study, or a research project etc.

02 Originality

All articles submitted to JSERS for publication must be original works. The submission should not have been published or offered for publication elsewhere, and it should have been made exclusively to JSERS. This should be certified by the primary author. Any author(s) found to have lied or misled the editors will be barred from submitting to JSERS in the future. Original Research Articles must be submitted in a single file with the following headings.

05 General Instructions

It is a requirement that all papers be submitted with the idea that they have not been published elsewhere (aside from as an abstract or as a component of a published lecture, review, or thesis) and are not presently being considered by any other journals. The Corresponding author is in charge of making sure that all other co-authors have given their consent for the work to be published. Also, it is the obligation of the writers to guarantee that the articles coming from a certain institution are submitted with the required institution's approval.

A single Microsoft Word file containing the text, tables, and figures/plates is required for electronic submission of manuscripts (preferably in Times New Roman, Font Size 12).

Unless otherwise stated, all additional correspondence and proofs will be forwarded to the appropriate author before publishing. The authors must agree to the work being edited for readability in order for it to be submitted. After the compilation of proofs, it will not be possible to add or remove any author(s)' names. 06 Publication APC

• There is no publishing fee to have their research paper published in this journal.

07 Copyright Policy

The Publisher/Journal has all the rights reserved. Before articles are published, all authors must sign a copyright transfer form that was supplied to them by the publisher or journal.

08 Policy on Plagiarism

• The publisher and journal disclaim all liability for any plagiarism claims resulting from any article. Plagiarized articles won't be published in our journal; however they will be removed from our website and contents if they are accidentally placed there.
• Plagiarism of any form is not accepted by the journal or publisher. Plagiarism is solely the responsibility of the author.
• Before articles are published, each author is asked to file a separate plagiarism report. If the author requests it, we are willing to check for plagiarism for INR 300 or USD 10.
• Writers are advised to check their work for plagiarism before submitting it. Writers are urged not to submit articles that have been stolen.

11 Check List for Author(s) before submitting manuscript:

• Please double-check the category of articles you wish to publish your article in.
• Verify the accurate affiliation information for each author, including their email address and current mailing address. Don't forget to provide author's email address.
• Abstract: Verify that the abstract includes key words.
• Title of the article, abstract, and author information on the cover page.
• If references are referenced using the APA style, authors are urged to make sure that all reference numbers appear in ascending order throughout the article.
• Word count: Verify the word count for the article category in question. For an original research article, it should be no more than 8,000 words, not including the abstract. Case Report, Review Article, and Brief Communication (up to 3,000 words) (up to 3,000). The Abstract should not exceed 200 words.
• Links/Hyperlinks: Verify that the article has no links or hyperlinks. Two columns should not be used for an article. It must only be one column wide.
• Manuscript must be in Times New Roman, Font size 12 and Styles- No Spacing; Page Layout: Margins (Normal- 1” from all sides), Size (A4).
